9:00am – Hello to Your Flow at Hello Yoga in Port Hope. A lovely intro to yoga that will integrate movement with breath and provide you with exhilaration, poise and confidence.
9:00am – Urban/Street Jazz & Body Procession at Just Dance in Port Hope. *Kids ages 7 and up welcome! Urban is a newer style of dance similar to hip hop that incorporates street jazz, breaking, and step. It’s a high-energy and fun experience for everyone. $5 per child with an adult. Max. two children per adult.
9:15am – Embodiment Flow with Miranda Sophia at the Camborne School House just north of Cobourg. Listen to your body’s innate wisdom and tune into your creative flow through slow sequences that invite you to make each movement exactly what it needs to be for you. This practice is less about poses and more about curiosity and exploration of what is possible and available to you in each moment.
11:30am – 2 for 1 Kids Yoga with Francesca at Karma Lifestyle in Cobourg. Improve strength, flexibility, and coordination, while learning how to focus and center with breathing and visualization techniques, and learning about self-respect and respect for others.
1:00pm – Qi Gong with Haim Behar at St. Peter’s Anglican Church in Cobourg. This class will cover a sampling of Chinese yogic practices that include meditative, therapeutic exercises, breath work, and self-massage. Experience how a daily Qi Gong practice can impact your health in a positive way.
1:00pm – Resilience Within: Trauma-Sensitive Hatha Yoga for Everyone with Jennifer Pridham of Resilient Seed at the Camborne School House just north of Cobourg. A beginner-friendly, inclusive and accessible class that honours each person’s background, story and personal experiences while focussing on the beauty of presence and everyBODY’s uniqueness in a gentle and compassionate way.
3:00pm – Open Drumming Circle and Free Movement with Philippe Marsan at the Camborne School House just north of Cobourg. *Kids ages 6 and up welcome. $5 per child with an adult. Max. two children per adult.
Our first-ever Strings Concert!

In five years, our string program has grown and evolved as students learn violin, viola, and cello. This year, our string students have been invited guests at local events and have become music ambassadors for the SONG program. This is their opportunity to showcase the variety of ensemble work they have been doing this season. Come and enjoy the culmination of five years of the SONG string program!
